For any reason you wish to change the product you received, you have the opportunity to replace it within 14 working days from the day you receive your package. The change is made with products of equal or greater value.

In case of change, send us the parcel accompanied by the purchase receipt, the shipping costs are borne by you, while to receive the new parcel the shipping costs are 5 €.

Every return is made exclusively through the company.

The product must be in perfect condition, as you received it and the special markings (tabs / barcode) have not been removed.

Refunds are only made if the product is defective.
